Q: How do I purchase my order on the site?

A: To place an order:-

1. Click the “Add To Cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
2. Click the “Continue Shopping” button to continue to add other products into the cart or click the “Checkout” button to proceed with your payment for the products.
3. You will need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “Next” button.
4. From here, you need to select your preferred shipping method and click the “Next” button.
5. Next, you will need to choose your preferred payment method then click the “Next” button.
6. After completing the above steps, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.
7. Click the “Confirm Order” button to complete your order.

Q: When will you process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.



Q: Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
A: Yes, only if the order is still in "pending" status.


Please send an email to our Customer Service Team at info@prodigychairs.com with the email titled “Request to Cancel Order” to inform us of your wish to cancel an existing order. Orders that are in "shipping" or "shipped" status cannot be canceled.


Q: What is the product's transaction currency?
A: All transactions will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).


Q: What if the product received is defective?

A: Kindly contact our Customer Service Team at +6016 920 2942 or info@prodigychairs.com with your order number so that we can do our best to assist you.


Q: What is the status of my order now?


A: Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Within 24 hours, a separate shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details will be sent to you, and you will be able to track the delivery of your order.


Pre-Order

When you purchase a pre-order product, you will not receive the shipping confirmation email until your order is readily available at our warehouse. Once the shipment for your order arrives, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details will be sent to you once the order is on its way so you can keep track of its delivery status.


Q: Can I self-collect the products?
A: We do not provide service for self-collection at the moment. We will deliver your product via courier services.


Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: You can only change your shipping address before shipment of the product.


Q: How do I change my shipping address?
A: You may change your shipping address by logging into your account, and click "edit" under your default address.


Q: How much weight can a Prodigy Chair withstand?
A: Each Prodigy Chair has a different weight limit:
* Prodigy Elite - 120kg
* Prodigy Chairman - 150kg


Q: Where can I try to sit on your chair?
A: Currently, we do not have a showroom where you can try our chairs.


Q: How do I assemble my product?
A: We will provide a setup manual in the parcel box together with your product. The chair can be assembled by a single person but is recommended to get an extra hand for quick assembly. 


Q: Can my chair be assembled before delivery?
A: Due to the difficulty in transportation, we are not able to deliver the assembled product to you. However, if you have encountered any problems during the assembly, you may contact us at +6016 920 2942 or info@prodigychairs.com to get our assistance.


Q: I am planning to purchase in bulk. Do I get a special rate on the products?
